Dear Uncle,
I hope you are doing well. I am really glad to hear that you are coming to stay with me during your business trip.
After hearing that you will be arriving on 26 September, by a early morning train, I felt little bad for myself. Unfortunatelly, I will not available to welcome you in the morning time as that day I have some significant back to back office meetings. But you do not need to worry, I will leave the keys for you in the outside letter box of my house. So that you will not have to face any issues to get into the house.
I have already booked a taxi for you, and by taking that taxi you can eassily arrive home from the train station. The taxi number is 2234, and the name of the drive is Harjinder Singh. He will be waiting at the platform for you with a name plate of your name. I will also go to the office after preparing a delicious breakfast for you.
I will come back in the evening around seven or eight. After that we will go out in a famous restaurant for dinner and also for a movie. I believe that it would be a great fun to spend some time with. I am really excited to meet you again after such a long time.
I hope you will have a safe and enjoyable journey. Eagerly waiting for you.
