A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Student answer (Band 7.0)

Dear Brother,

I know you are coming to stay with me for celebrating the festival, but due to some emeregency I am not available at home until dinner time and also, won't be able to pick you up from the train station. I do apologize for the inconvenince.

As far as for the arrangement to get to the house from the station, one of my friend would be coming to pick you up and also, he would hand you over the house keys, so you could enter the house and get freshen up. The description of my friend is the following: his height is around 5'4", having a black toyota subaru car with the number plate "123 ABC" and wearing blue track suit. Also mentioning his contact details for you, just in case if you need to contact him for something.

Once I get back in the evening, we could go to the restaurant to have dinner and then to theatre to watch the new One Piece movie and in the end we will have some drinks to end the day. If you have any suggestions, please let me know we could do that together once I get back home in the evening.

Once again, so sorry for not able to pick you up from the train station. Hope you will have good time with us during the celebration.
