Dear Pat,
I hope you are doing absolutely fantastic! I am thrilled to hear that you are coming to stay with me in our neck of the woods. I know you will be arriving by train in the morning but unfortunately, I have an urgent work in the morning and I would not be available at home until the evening.
When you are here, you can check for the keys under the carpet because I will left the main door keys there. Also, I will make the arrangements of the breakfast for you if you catch the train early in the morning. Moreover, I will also ready the bathtub for you as you get tired into travelling.
Sorry to say as I have an urgent meeting in the office so, I am unable to come to the station for pick-up. As you know, it just take 15 minutes from the station to my home. When you come at the station, give me a call, I will book a cab for you. So, it will be convinient for
