Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Ram,

I received an email from my manager informing me that I need to work on my day off. As a result, I will not be able to pick you up. I am writing to inform you about the arrangements I have made to ensure your safe journey.

Once you reach at my home, you have to collect keys from my neighour's house. He will explain you everything about my place. He will help you to disarm an alarm. Although he prefers to eat meat, he will make pure vegetarian food for you.

I have already booked a taxi for you. So, you do not have to worry about the journy from the railway station to my house. Taxi driver will ask you for a trip to downtown. I would suggest you to say no to him. Because you will be soo exhausted due to a long travelling.

I will be home around the evening. I do not want you to do any physical acitivity on the very first day. Therefore, I am planning to watch a movie in my basement. I have projector screen in the basement. It would be very comfortable for you to enjoy a film.

I look forward to meet you after so long. I hope to have a safe travel. See you soon!
