A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Alex,
I hope you are doing well. I'm very excited to see you after a lone time. Unfortunately, I can't able to recive you from the train station becuase I'm going to attend an important meeting during that time, but don't worry I already arranged everything for you. For example, I gave a set of spare keys to my neighbor, she will let you in the house, otherwise just call me, I'll let her know about your arrival time.
Moreover, my house is very close to the train staion, all you have to do just depart onto the bus number 27, it will take you 20 mintues to reach my place and than put my location on map becuase there is 5 mintues walk from bus stop to my house.
Finally, I'll be there around 5pm and I already purchased the movie tickets for both of us and than I thinking to arrange a barbecue party at nigth. anyways we'll discuss all that things later on.
