A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Sara,

I hope you are doing good. I am writing to inform you that I am not at home in the morning when you come to stay with me.

Firstly, I would like to appologise for beign not available untill the evening. However, I have made some arrangemets for you to get my house keys. I already give my home´s extra key to my neighbour. Also, I have clean the guest room for you, so you can rest and get fresh. Could you please collect the key from my neighbour, Fahil. I will also make some of your favourite dishes for you, which I will keep in the fridge.

Furthermore, my house is located in the center of my city, Anand, it is easy to commute from railway station to my house. But for make you comfortable I will book taxi online for you and give your contact details to the driver, so he will easily contact you. Moreover, if any circumstances arrive you can also take bus from railway station to super market and then take first left and walk five minutes you will arrive at my place.

I would like to say that I will promise you to come at home before 6.00 pm. After that, we will go to the park for a walk and eat some street food. At night we will watch some comedy movie and would have dinner at the Arizona Hotel. And of course we will take a lot of photos and make some good memories.

Lastly, I am very exited to meet you and share some lovely movements. I would be extremely happy if you could stay with me more than a week, so we can explore more and meet our old friends too. Hope to see you soon.
