A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Simran,
I am really looking forward to having you stay with me and I want to apologize I advance as I won't be able to meet you at the station because of work.As you will arrive in the morning, I have made the arrangements for you to get into the house easily, I have left spare set of keys with my neighbour,Mrs.khan, who lives the next door.Just knock on the door and tell her that you are my cousin.She will give you the key and show you where everything is.
From the train station, the easiest option is to take the number 102 bus.The bus stop is directly outside the station. Get off the second stop and from there , it is only 3 minutes walk to home.I have also send you the route and address on your phone.
I should be home around 3:00p.m.Once I arrive, we can go outside for a short walk ,if you are not too tired after your journey.Then , in the evening we can watch movie after dinner at home.
I am excited to see you and hope you have a comfortable journey.
