A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.

Dear Amber,

How are things going? I hope everything is going well with you. I'm writing this letter to let you know that, I won't be able to pick you up from the train station, because I have an important meeting to attend to at my company. Therefore I have arranged other plans for you to get inside the house.

I have left the keys under the front capet of the door, it's esay for you to opend the door and get inside the house.

Also, you can take an ober from the train station to my neighborhood, it's cheaper and faster way the get here it's only cost 10 dollars.

When you arrive, I will be home by 8.30 p.m., we can go out to grab dinner togethe, and take a quick walk to explor the area, if you are not tried from the trip.

I can't wait to see you soon I'm so excited.
