Dear Brother,

I hope you are doing well. I recently received your email, and I am very excited that you are coming to my flat and staying with me.

Firstly, I am sorry that I am not able to pick you up from the railway station because on that day I have an important business meeting, and my boss will not allow me to take a day off on that day. Moreover, you do not need to worry about anything; my friend Ram will pick you up from the station and drop you off at my home. Furthermore, my neighbour always has an extra key to my house. I informed them about you, and they will give you a key so that you can get into the house.

I will send you a photo of my friend; he will come to pick you up around 10:00 AM when your train arrives. He will buy some food for you; there is a beautiful and well-known cafe near the station. I am pretty sure you like that cafe; eat something there, and after that, he will drop you off at home.

I will be at home around 1:00 PM. I know it's a long journey and you feel tired; take a nap. In the evening, we will visit the shopping mall, and there is a beautiful park near my house; we will go there for an evening walk. After that, a new indian resurant just opened; we can order something from there.
