Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three required points: you explain that Mr Patel will provide the spare key, give directions by auto from the station, and suggest dinner, games, and a drive together. The arrangements are relevant and the reader can understand the main plan. However, some details are less fully explained: “tell me your My Relative” is unclear as an instruction for collecting the key, and the route lacks a precise address or clear landmark. You also say you will be home in the evening, but do not give an approximate time, despite the task asking when you will be home. Clarifying these practical details and developing the evening plan more clearly would make the letter more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter follows a generally sensible order: it opens with the visit, explains the key arrangement, gives travel directions, and ends with plans for the evening. This makes the main information possible to follow. However, the long middle paragraph combines several purposes, and transitions such as “Firstly” and “After that” do not always show the relationship between ideas clearly. Some references are also confusing, particularly “tell me your My Relative,” while the final sentence joins the journey, your return home, and the sign-off without clear separation. Use separate paragraphs for access, directions, and evening plans, and connect each point with simple, accurate transitions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “spare home keys,” “Railway Station,” “Dinner,” and “Long drive,” so the reader can identify the main arrangements. There are also attempts at more expressive language, such as “meaningful time together.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the message harder to interpret: “neighbore,” “Favrioute,” and “Beacause” are examples, while “relaxed Some time comfortable yourself” is not a natural expression. Some phrases are also imprecise, such as “part society” for the name or location of the housing complex. Focus on accurate spelling and natural collocations, for example, “make yourself comfortable” and “the name of our housing complex.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including explanations with “because” and plans joined with “and,” which helps convey several details. The main message is usually understandable, but some sentence structures and verb forms are inaccurate. For example, “I m Very to Hearing that your coming” needs a clearer construction such as “I’m very pleased to hear that you’re coming,” and “I arranged Everything For you Until I came Home” uses an unclear tense relationship. Missing or inconsistent articles and sentence boundaries also affect clarity, as in “I Give spare home keys to my neighbore Mr. Patel he Lives to our Next Door.” Use complete sentences, consistent present and future forms, and accurate punctuation to make the arrangements easier to follow.
