Student answer (Band 5.5)
Littering openly in many nations becomes the main concern among the individuals. People do not like to garbage the products properly as they can do. There are several reasons like lack of awareness and lack od sources to do garbage. Government and people can work together to overcome this issue.
The one of the causes is lack of awareness to recyle the things. Most of the indivdual do not have proper education how to separate the garbage and which or what products can go for recycle. For example, a survey conducted which shows 85%of participants do not aware about the recycling process. Besides this, they do not have access to garbage bin with color code, so they put their rubbish anywhere even on the streets. For instance, we saw commonly in developing countrie. Therefore, citizens do not put resuable garbage as they could.
To overcome this problem, Government can took intitave to craete awareness among youngters through seminars, roleplay and webinars. For example, sending team to rural and urban areas in person where they can gether people and give presentaion. Moreover, one individual can bring a change, so as a native its indivduals reponsibility to take action to recycle things rather than waiting for any others to deal with it.
Overall, every illness has its cure. If there are reasons behind to ignore recycle things but its can be tackle with efforts of the government and natives by participating in recycling process such creating awareness and motivating people to do so.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question: you identify limited awareness and inadequate access to recycling facilities as reasons, then suggest government education campaigns and individual action. These points are relevant, but the explanation and support remain limited. The survey example (“85% of participants”) is not linked to a source or explained, and the point about bins is only briefly developed. Your proposed seminars and presentations are practical, but you do not explain how they would lead to lasting changes in recycling behaviour. The conclusion restates the general message rather than drawing together the causes and solutions. Develop each main idea with a clearer explanation and a specific, credible example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the main direction of your answer. You also use linking expressions such as “Besides this,” “Therefore,” and “Moreover.” However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Therefore, citizens do not put reusable garbage as they could” does not clearly follow from the preceding points, and the final paragraph repeats the idea of government and individual effort without adding a clear summary. Improve progression by making each paragraph’s central point explicit and ensuring that each example directly supports the sentence before it. Clearer referencing would also help readers track your ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “recycling process,” “separate the garbage,” “color code,” and “awareness,” so the subject is generally clear. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning awkward or less precise. Phrases such as “garbage the products,” “lack of sources to do garbage,” and “reusable garbage” do not express the intended ideas naturally; “recycle rubbish” or “access to recycling facilities” would be clearer. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “recyle,” “indivdual,” and “intitave.” Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing waste collection and public education, and check spelling carefully. This will make your ideas easier to understand and more appropriate for the topic.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a cause-and-effect structure with “so” and a conditional idea beginning “If there are reasons…”. However, control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make sentences difficult to interpret. For example, “Most of the individual do not have proper education how to separate” has problems with number and sentence structure, while “Government can took” uses an incorrect verb form. The final sentence, “If there are reasons behind to ignore recycle things but its can be tackle,” is also difficult to follow because the clause structure and verb forms are faulty. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, verb forms after modal verbs, and complete clause patterns. Aim to make complex sentences clear before adding further complexity.
