Student answer (Band 5.5)
In some nation, individual do not recycle their garbage as much as they could, what I personally believe that it is beacuse of poor infrastructure and less knowledge, and to solve this government can help the people to build the system for recycling the rubbish and provid a proper education about it.
To begin with, the first point that authorities can clear out the issue of recycle while making the proper laws and provide the proper funding and built the whole setup in the cities for the waste where the comapnies can recycle the junk due to this the area will get clean and people can live healthy since their is less chances of getting sick, moreover the companies can also make money from the recycle apparetly it will helps government as well because the companies have to pay taxes as well for an instance, recently one MNC group built their plant in the Gujrat, India of the junk recycle and they are remaking the the waste things like new and selling it on the good margins from their they making good profit, ruling governer also getting taxes from the company which will help the nation as well
Nevertheless, giving knowledge to the society is another point, that government can do some free campigns in every village to educate the the masses so they will know the pros and cons of the recycling in this way they will try to clean their surroundings which helps them to live healty and happy life due to this, people do not need to see the doctor so often for the checkups and don't need to spend money on the heavy fees of the blood test and reports, which leads to help them in saving money for their future and they can also use to go on a vaccations with their loved one.
To coclude, government can provide facilities of the recycling waste and provide awareness in the society of the cleaning the enviornment on the daily basis which help them to stay healthy and happy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you identify poor recycling infrastructure and limited public knowledge as causes, then propose government-funded facilities, laws and educational campaigns. The examples about a recycling plant in Gujarat and community campaigns help make the response relevant. However, the explanation of why people currently recycle less is brief, and the plant example mainly illustrates potential economic benefits rather than showing how inadequate infrastructure affects household recycling. Some proposed benefits, such as avoiding medical check-ups and saving for holidays, are less directly connected to recycling. Develop the causes more fully and explain how each solution would change people’s behaviour to make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The first body paragraph focuses on facilities and funding, while the second discusses public education, so the reader can follow the main points. You also use linking expressions such as “To begin with,” “Nevertheless” and “To conclude.” However, the first body paragraph contains several ideas joined into one very long sentence, making the relationships between them difficult to follow. Some transitions, including “Nevertheless,” do not clearly signal a contrast. Use shorter sentences, organise each paragraph around one main point, and make references such as “this” or “which” clearly identify the idea they refer to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “recycle,” “infrastructure,” “funding,” “waste” and “educate,” and you attempt some less common expressions such as “pros and cons” and “margins.” However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “government,” “people” and “help,” while several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear. For example, “the issue of recycle,” “recycle apparetly” and “heavy fees of the blood test” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “comapnies,” “heal ty” and “enviornment” also reduce precision. Build a more accurate range of recycling-related terms and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “since,” “because” and “which,” and the main message is generally understandable. However, some sentences are overloaded and contain errors in sentence boundaries, agreement, articles and verb forms. For instance, the opening sentence joins a statement and an opinion with a comma, and “it will helps government” has an incorrect verb form. In “there is less chances,” the subject and verb do not agree, while “the companies can also make money” is followed by an unclear clause. Use full stops to separate complete ideas, check subject–verb agreement and verb forms, and review articles and plurals when editing.
