Student answer (Band 5.0)

to begin with, keeping our environment clean is the main motive of every indivuals as it causes of bad health because of rubbish and pollution. for that recycling rubbish is as much as important for keeping clean society. In many countries that has been every big problem for the locals.

further more, many indivuals don't recycle thier rubbish because of lack of time and thinks that it doesn't maintain hygine. but as i think recycling rubbish is very important so that the things that dont spoil our get wasted because around the society there are many people that been very much lack for the things that the majority has. but people in todays society is very busy that there not even able to meet there familys.in abroad country the people are economically stable so they put there rubbish out of there house and poor peaople take the things whatever they like. in India people are possesive towards there things they use the things untill it destroys completely

hence, this is really big problem for the humans to solve this firtsly, government has introduce new rule for the recyling process and provide some knowledge that what should change it will create in the environment because of this people will get influence by seeing capign and there loved one political person. after that society should start a new community that recycle the rubbish home to home so that people get to know that how much great pollution without pollution and keeps them healthy and active so that they work fanstastic by having great health.

In New zealand there is one community that takes waste people and pay them certain amount for that thing

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions: you suggest that people avoid recycling because they lack time or believe it is unhygienic, and you propose government rules, public campaigns and community collection. These are relevant responses, and the New Zealand example gives one practical illustration. However, the explanation of why recycling is limited is not consistently clear: the contrast between people in “abroad country” and people in India shifts towards reuse and poverty rather than directly explaining recycling rates. The proposed actions are also asserted more than explained; for example, clarify what rules or information campaigns would change people’s behaviour. A clearer position and fuller development of the most relevant reasons and solutions would make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has an introductory paragraph, a paragraph about reasons, and a final paragraph focused mainly on solutions, so there is some basic organisation. Linking expressions such as “further more,” “but,” and “hence” show an effort to connect ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow: the discussion moves from hygiene and time to inequality, overseas practices and possessions without clearly showing how each point relates to recycling. Some links are also inaccurate or repetitive, and the final New Zealand example feels added on rather than integrated with the proposed community scheme. Group related ideas more tightly, use clearer topic sentences, and explain the connection between each example and the main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “recycling,” “rubbish,” “pollution,” “government,” and “community,” which helps communicate the general topic. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “economically stable” and “certain amount.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear, including “things that dont spoil our get wasted,” “takes waste people,” and “great pollution without pollution.” Spelling errors such as “indivuals,” “hygine,” “recyling,” and “capign” are noticeable. Build a more accurate set of phrases for waste management and public behaviour, and check spelling and word forms carefully so your ideas are easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “so that,” and “that,” but complex sentences are often difficult to control. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in examples such as “every indivuals,” “people … thinks,” and “people … is very busy.” There are also problems with sentence boundaries and punctuation, particularly in the long sentence beginning “but as i think,” where several ideas run together. Missing or inconsistent capitalisation and apostrophes further affect accuracy. Practise building shorter, complete sentences first, then combine related ideas with one clear subordinate clause. Check subject–verb agreement, articles, and punctuation when editing.
