Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I recently enrolled in evening course of Legal Transcription in your college. But recently, I got my first job as a server in a restaurant. The manager of the restaurant put my schedule for their evening shifts for the whole week except one day because they had a staff-shortage in their restaurant. So I have to work at that time because of the limited funds and I don't have any other option to earn. I tried to balance both work and course, but I was unable to succeed.

So, I decided to skip this course in this summer. Please let me know if you have any other morning courses related to the legal assistant diploma in your college. I am happy to take the morning classes for my studies. I hope you understand my situation and ready to co-operate with me.
