You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Professor,

I am writing this letter for cancelling my evening course, due to busy schedule, I am unable to continue therefore, I would like to take this course in next term.

Since in the evening there are lots of tasks that I have to do such as, household chores, going to gym to keep myself physically and mentally fit because I am suffering with obesity so, it is crucial for me to indulge myself in health activities and I am usually busy during day-hours, that's the main reason for discontinuing this evening course.

As I am a good in academics therefore, it would be an easy task for me to continue this course in next term along with other courses because this course is not challenging, I would manage it in future.

I would like, if you could suggest me some possible advice to tackle with this situation and I will look forward for your response as well as I apologize for any inconvenience.
