Greetings to the Registrar office,

This is Harsh Shah, a student of MS in Pharma Science program at the University. I am writing this letter to inform and request you about a change in my registered classes for this semester. At the start of semester, I had registered for an evening class of Drug Transport facilitated by Dr. Hefti, however, recently my work schedule has shifted from morning shift to night shift for this summer which is beyond my ability to influence or change.

That being said, I would like to assure you that I am still committed to finish my program on time and would like to request you to allow me to drop-out the evening class and let me register for the morning class session of the same class offered by Dr. Shah. This way, I can still pursue my passion to learn continuously and progress through my career while working full-time. Other than this, please do let me know if you have any other suggestion or recommendation on how I can manager my coursework for this semester.
