Student answer (Band 7.0)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the evening course in Business communication that I enrolled in two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have found that I did not get time to attend the classes because of my work schedule.

Recently, my employer has assigned me additional responsibilities, and now I am required to work overtime in evenings. As a result, I haven't able to any class or complete my assignments. I think that because of my work that affect my performance and my learning.

Instead of withdrawing from the course completely, I would prefer to postpone my current term and take the same course in next term, until that my work schedule is expected to back to normal. I am very interested in this particular course and i don't want to miss the opportunity.

Could you please give me advise for this situation, what is the best way to transfer my enrolment for next term? I would like to also know about that weather my my course fees can be carried or I need to follow some additional producers.
