Respected Sir/Madam,

I hope I am not bothering you. I am writing to request a to switch me from summer term to winter one owing to not able to attend the classes in evening.

To begin with, being a full time associate I have been assigned to work in closing shift at least three days a week which unables me to continue the course. Apart from this I have been failing to manage work-life balance since I enrolled in this course.

Therefore, It will be much appreciated to transfer me to following term which commences from January. Furthermore, it will be more handy in terms of concentrate on my studies solely.

However, I am open to share the ideas to cope with this circumstance. If there could be possibility that I can initiate to attend classes in weekends only. Either I can hire a personal tutor on extra cost which allows me a flexible schedule.

I hope you understand my situation and I will be guided to deal with it as soon as possible.
