You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that i can not able to continue this course in the evening batch because it is so crowded and instructor can not able to give a fully attention to the class. Moreover ,there are no seats available to sit in the class .I really appreciate if you can transfer this session to my next term, because in this situation i can not able to continue the session .
I really want to study alone or in the quiet enviornment so that i can build my focus . As, i can not do any kind of compromise with my studies. In addition , i like to make notes for each sessions that that it helped me allot to understand the things more accurately.
I would you to give me some suggestion about this situation so that i can easily manage my studies . If possible please review my case and put some efforts to make this things work. I will wait for your response .Thank you in anticipation.
