Dear Sir,

I am writing a letter to inform you that I am doing the Associate of Arts program at your college, and this is my third semester. The main reason behind writing this is that I have enrolled in an evening course which is difficult for me to manage because i am doing a part time job in the evening and it is a challenging task for to do both. I checked on my portal and there is another course available in the morning but i have another course in the morning. It is now a difficult task and my mind is so disturbed. I request you to help me to find a solution. I am free in the afternoon if you have any another course available please let me know so i can continue that couse without wasting any time and i will withdraw this evening's course and will do next semester. I hope you understand this matter and I really appreciate if you help me. Thank you.
