You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding a course I had registered last week. I took admission in batch number 3 and the class timing is in the evening. I will not be able to continue the course forward because my father is being diagnosed with severe food poisoning.

Due to this, I have to operate our shop in the evening. Majority of customers come to shop in the evening and my schedule gets too busy. I am not able to take out the time from my busy evening schedule for the class. I am planning to drop this course for current term and focus on my primary courses for this term. Moreover, I will take this course in the next term.

I would be grateful if you can guide me through this situation and provides me with the correct roadmap to drop this course. Also, can you please let me know about the refund application.
