Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am not able to continue the course in which I am enrolled.

Actually I am occupied in the evening time in my part time job that I recently started and cannot leave at any cost. this job is important because I am paying my living cost with this as well as to send money back home for family support.

I would like to forward this course for next term because my job timing is going to shift in the morning after three months .In the mean time I would start the free flexible online classes for french language offered on your website helps to polish my language skills

Also, I would like you to give suggestion on current situation to choose job or continue with course . it would be great for me hear your professional advise.
