Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you in a radiant health and a good spirits. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the 'French language' learning course which has mainly evening sessions.
To begin with, I apologize for stepping down from the course this term as I am in my last semester at my college and as you know that college/ universities lessons, assignments and exams are quiet tough. So, to focus more on my academics I am unable to join late evening classes. Moreover, I have to travel all the way from my college which is opposite to coaching classes.
On the website it say that I can complete my French language course before I pass from my college. I am keen to add extra skills to my resume by learning second language. And also to get hire in better company they probably focus more on individuals skills.
I would rather take this course in my placement term because I have to work from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm during my placement. It is more comfortable and I can learn with more dedication.
Please let me know the procedure to upgrade my course to next term. Thank you for your time and consideration.
