Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request defer for my evening course, which I booked on 7th August.

To begin with, I was looking for a job for a couple of months. Recently, I secured a job as a software engineer and the job timing is directly conflicting with the course schedule, which is in the evening. Hence, I will not be able to attend a college.

In addition, I have always aspired to become a data analyst and this course is the first step to achieve this goal. Therefore, I do not want to cancel an admission and want to study next term instead.

I would like to request you to differ my admission from spring intake to winter one as my job contract is for four months only and I will be able to fully focus on my studies. I would really appreciate it if you approve my deferral request.
