Dear Sir,

My name is Mansi Gadhavi and I have enrolled myself in a Cardiac Rehabilitation course in an evening batch, my enrolment id is [redacted phone]. I am writing to cancel my admission for this term and would like to re-join the course in upcoming term.

As you might know, I work as a physiotherapist at the U.N. Mehta hospital. While I enrolled my self for the course my working hours were 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. and that is why I choose to enrolled in an evening batch. However, nearly a week after that my work schedules have changed and evening and night shifts were allocated to me.

I am keen to take this course. As it is going enhance my skills and expertise remarkably. I believe it would be better for me to take the course next term instead. By that time I will be getting morning shifts at my work as I already applied for the same.

I need your suggestion regarding how to cancel the admission. After going though the website I felt overwhelmed by waiting period and lengthy procedure. I would be grateful if you could provide some insights about this situation.
