Student answer (Band 7.0)

Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally request to deferl the timing of my course of advanced digital training at your esteemed college because of my certain changes at my work schedule. I would be grateful if you alter my batch from evening to morning sessions.

I have enrolled in this course to get extra curriculum expertise which would later on help me with my professional career as well. Although, I am working full time, I managed somehow to attend evening classes. to my surprise, I have been assigned with an international project at my work, require my extra time to work upon. I am committed to accomplish that project within given timelines. I am afraid that I may be unavailable for evening sessions.

However, It would be an act of kindness towards me if you shift me in morning batch from 9 Am to 10 Am. No doubt, this course is crucial for my professional growth. Therefore, I am reluctant to abandon it in halfway. I have a strong desire to complete this with commendable grades. Thus, I want to continue it without any time hurdles.

I hope you consider my circumstances, and take prompt actions to solve this problem at your earliest convenience.
