You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I would not be able to continue my evening computer course for this term. I have taken admission for the classes to upgrade my computer skills.

I am working from 9 to 5 and I wished to join 6 pm session. Unfortunately I was informed by the manager today that we are short staffed for couple of weeks as she has to go for an emergency to her country.As a supervisor, I am responsible to take care of the place. But, I would definitely join in the next session.

I wanted to make myself more familiar with computer materials like typing, shortcut keys that would help me in coping up with my job. As a result, I would be able to get promotion soon.

At last, if you can suggest me how otherwise i can continue my studies without losing this semester. I am keen to learn more about computer knowledge and want to be more computer literate.
