Student answer (Band 7.0)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you. I am writing to request you to defer my course's enrollment for next term.

I am no longer able to attend the classes for my evening skill enhancement course because our soccer team is selected in the national sports competition. The competition is in one month, so our coach decided to add an extra practice session in the evening till the event.

Even though, i have to wake up early in the morning for my college studies. Since this is my last semester of college, I have to concentrate on that as well. Therefore, combining college studies and soccer practice, I barely have any time left for my evening course. But, I would love to continue it from next term.

Please transfer my enrollment to the next term and let me know if there is any transfer fees or penalty.

Thank you for understanding my situation and taking my request of transfer into consideration. I hope to hear from you soon.
