Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about my current situation regarding the Business Management course I recently enrolled in for this semester.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected changes in my professional commitments, my daily workload has increased significantly. Consequently, I am finding it extremely difficult to dedicate the necessary time and focus required to keep up with the coursework, and complete assignment effectively.

As I remain fully committed to completing this program. I would like to defer my enrollment and resume my studies in the upcoming term instead. When my schedule will be more manageable.

Could you please advice me on the official procedure for deferring a course? Specifically, I would appreciate guidance on my deadlines, required forms, or potential financial implications regarding tuition fees.
