Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Priya and my student number is 2697. I have been enrolled in evening batch for project management course. I'm writing to inform you that I won't be able to continue with the class effective next week due to my work schedule. I have been moved to night shift for an international process within our organization for leadership training.

In terms of my study plans, I would like to pause the course for some time and continue from next term. I fully understand the terms and conditions of the course. However, I will email you regarding my re-joining of the course as soon as I get any response from my managers.

I would really appreciate if you can provide my any suggestions related to this situation because training a fresher batch is in my job and responsibilities. Could you please advice if I can continue to course in the morning batch instead? I can manage my schedule accordingly.
