Dear administer sir,

Subject - To continue a course in next team.

I am worried about a course that enrolled recently that is an evening course, I cannot continue this course because I come to college in the public transport and the us services not available in the evening to my hometown.

There is one also a reason that i cannot continue this evening course that i am working in a shop in the evening to fullfil my needs and i m too busy durning the evening time so i cant able to attend that class in the college. I am requesting to please give me a morning couse rather than a evening one so i can easily study and contiue this evening course next team it helps me to focus in my studies as well as in my work also.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses all three bullet points: explaining the situation, stating the desired outcome, and asking for advice. However, the development is somewhat limited. While you explain the transportation and work-related reasons for not continuing, the request for advice is not explicitly formulated as a question, which makes the tone slightly less professional. The purpose of the letter is clear, but the expression of ideas could be more sophisticated to fully meet the requirements of a higher band. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, though some phrasing is repetitive.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The letter is logically organized with a clear opening and closing. However, the paragraphing is insufficient; the entire body of the letter is presented as a single block, which hinders readability. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often basic or slightly mechanical (e.g., 'There is one also a reason'). The progression of ideas is clear, but the lack of paragraph breaks makes the text feel cluttered. To improve, ensure you separate the explanation of the problem from your request for a solution using clear paragraphing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You rely on simple, repetitive language such as 'cannot continue' and 'evening course'. There are also some errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'administer' instead of 'administrator', 'studing' instead of 'studying', and 'couse' instead of 'course'. These errors do not impede communication, but they demonstrate a limited range. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more specific academic or professional vocabulary and ensure accurate spelling of common terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Examples include 'I come to college in the public transport' (preposition error), 'the us services not available' (missing verb), and 'i cant able to attend' (incorrect structure). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with capitalization of 'I' and the use of commas. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors suggests a need for more careful proofreading and a better grasp of basic sentence construction and verb patterns.
