Dear sir / madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding my evening course which creates so many problems for me to continue in this term. Actually I had work before my class sometimes due to huge traffic in my area I always get late from class. As a result I lost most of my content which I think putt negative effects on my exams.

Apart from that I have decided many things for my study but if it goes like this I will be unable to concentrate properly. Even I tried many things like I also want to change my accommodation which will be possible next month. Unfortunately it takes time .

As a result I have decided to discuss this matter with registration officer could you make an appointment as well. So I can get some ideas how to deal with this situation.
