Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Admissions Team,

I hope this messge finds you well.

I am writing to request a cancellation of an academic coarse which I have been enrolled in for the evening session in the upcoming fall semester. The coarse is Fundamentals of Management Accounting and I taking it with Prof Jeff kent.

I work part- time with my ongoing studies at TRU. I work for Scociabank as a Customer Service Associate and as per their work schedule I have to work until 5 pm on the weekdays but upon reviewing my class timings on the week days I found out that my coarse timing and the work schedule is clashing and therefore I won't be able to catch up with the sessions at the university after work.

However, upon requesting a schedule change at the bank they have agree to change my work schedule from the December onwards. Therefore, I will re-register for the coarse in the winter semester where I will remain available to attend the evening sessions through out the semester.

Furthermore, I would really appreciate if you could give me few suggestions on dealing with this situation in a different way. I would be more than happy to accept the opportunity and make the necessary efforts to fulfill the requirements.
