This will clash my schedule with the class and unfortunatly, I will not be able attend the class for this batch.

I would request you to transfer me to next available term. Also, i am not sure how it works so if you can guide , if thre is any paperwork needs to be done or not. I am also curious about how the fees and everything will be counted . do I need to pay anthing or if there is difference in fees for next term. i will be waitting for your response and i apologise for any inconvenience it may couse.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.5

The letter successfully addresses all three bullet points of the prompt. You clearly explain the situation regarding your employment and the resulting scheduling conflict, state your desire to defer to the next term, and ask relevant questions about the administrative process. The tone is appropriate for a formal request. The purpose of the letter is clear from the beginning, and all requirements are met with sufficient detail to ensure the reader understands your specific needs.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The letter is logically organized with a clear progression of ideas. Each paragraph serves a distinct purpose: introduction, explanation, request, and closing. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Also' and 'This will', which help the flow of information. However, the transition between the explanation of the work situation and the request could be smoother. Additionally, the paragraphing is functional, though the final paragraph is slightly fragmented. Overall, the message is easy to follow and the structure is coherent.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for this task, such as 'enrolled', 'management', and 'inconvenience'. However, there are several spelling errors, including 'collabrated' (collaborated), 'compalsary' (compulsory), 'unfortunatly' (unfortunately), and 'anthing' (anything). These errors are noticeable but do not impede communication. To reach a higher band, you should aim for more precise word choices and ensure consistent accuracy in spelling, especially with common business-related terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as 'I am not sure how it works so if you can guide'. There are several grammatical slips, such as 'my company have collabrated' (should be 'has collaborated' to agree with the singular subject) and 'if thre is any paperwork needs to be done' (should be 'if there is any paperwork that needs to be done'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of lowercase 'i' and missing spaces after commas. While these errors are frequent, they do not prevent the reader from understanding your request.
