Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my plan for discontinue the part-time course due to my tight schedule in the evening time. The reason for the break of four months is due to my training session, which is contradicting with the timetable of this semester. Unfortunately, training institute offers only one batch in all day, and 100% attendance is necessary to get the certification degree. For that circumstance, I have to do this course in the upcoming sem.

I would like if you defer my course to the fall season instead of doing in a spring . Before the end of March, I have two exams, based on the learning of training season. The exams will take place on the 25th and 30th March at our college. Additionally, after clearing these papers my practical experience will start with the Co-op in various companies.

I need your advice in some situation. Firstly, can you assist me if I have to follow any particular procedure to defer my course to next semester. Secondly, whether college return all fee which I spent on fulfilling the various requirements, such as tuition fee, administrative charges, parking fee or it will automatically transfer to next semester.
