Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am Zubair Ali and I have recently enrolled in one of your evening course in your institute. The course title is Microbiology with the major subject is Parasitology. Since I do job in the morning in a supermarket which is why I got enrolled myself in an evening program. Now due to some reasons my supervisor has changed my morning shift to evening shift for couple of months as a result right now I am unable to take classes in the evening.

I belong to a middle class family and I do job to bear my study expenses. In addition, I want to complete my studies therefore I can get a job in some multinational company. Moreover, I am very hopeful after completing my degree I will definitely hire by a reputable company.

Due to current circumstances I would like to take the course next term. Kindly advice my what you can do about the situation. I am looking forward to you assist me with this matter.
