Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Professor,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request you about defer my evening course in the next term.

I know that this course is mandatory to get certification in the supply chain. However, it is difficult for me to continue this course for a few reasons. First of all , I have part time job in the morning and then after I have to look after my grandmother who came to Canada from India for 2 months. So after my part time job, I have to go for walking with my grandmother and also need to take care of her. I want to spend some time with grandmother as she is here only for two months. For this reason, I would like to enroll in the next term that will start after 8 weeks. Meanwhile, I will continue my study at home during my leisure time. Moreover, I will solve case studies and send it on email for evaluation.

I would like to take advice from you about this situation and give possible solution for avoiding gap in my studies.
