You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to regarding my course that I want to do in the next term.

I could not to continue my course in the evening session because currently I work in the evening shift and I cannot leave my job. My mother is suffering from heart problem and we need money for her treatment. If I will left my job we would not able to afford her treatment.

I would like to continue this course in the morning session in the next term because there are lot of seats are available in it and I will cover my whole modules as well as take two courses together, so it would not affect my study.

I would be appreciate if you could provide me advice how I can change my course timing as well as adjust my fees in next term. Also, which steps I would need to do online to change my course timing.
