You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding my recent enrolment in a course which has classes scheduled for evening, but as per my busy schedule I will not be able to attend the classes.

During Registration process I was also looking for a part-time job in town, and classes time was also not confirmed that's why I signed up that time. Recently I was selected in a interview and I got shifts at night and I will not be able to continue with the course as per that will conflict my timetable.

Completion of this training is also important for my further studies, and I am feeling so confused about the situation right now that if I shift my course to next term or select a different timing.

I totally understand the policy of non-refundable agreement and policy which I signed for at the time of registration, that would be really helpful if you can enrol me for the next term or allow me to change timetable for afternoon classes.
