Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you to discontinue the course.
I am a junior physiotherapist work in a clinic at 9 am to 6 pm. As i took admission in further studies but I think it is very difficult for me to manage. Because I have busy schedule as i live in a PG. I have to cook for food and other house chores also such as grocery, washing clothes and so on.
Therefor I decide to continue the study in the next year. Because I quit my job in upcoming year. Furthermore, I want to focus only on my studies. I don't want any interruption.
Right now I am confused I am asking for your advice to help me in this situation. Can I quit ? Is it possible to get my refund ? I hope you will understand me and respond me positively. I am forward to looking up your response. I will be very thankful to you.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining your situation, stating your desire to postpone, and asking for advice. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention your busy schedule, the explanation regarding your domestic chores feels a bit informal and repetitive. To reach a higher band, ensure that your reasons are presented in a more professional manner and that your request for advice is clearly linked to the specific policies of the institution, such as asking about deferral procedures rather than just asking 'Can I quit?'
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your message. You use some basic cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'Therefore' to connect your ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as starting sentences with 'Because' or 'Therefor' (a spelling error). The progression of ideas is clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that referencing is more precise. Paragraphing is present, but the transition between the explanation of your situation and your request for advice could be smoother.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your situation clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'discontinue', 'physiotherapist', and 'interruption'. However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'I took admission in further studies' instead of 'I enrolled in a course' and 'I am forward to looking up your response' instead of 'I look forward to hearing from you'. These errors occasionally make the writing sound unnatural. To improve, focus on learning common collocations used in formal correspondence.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'I am a junior physiotherapist work in a clinic' (should be 'who works'), 'As i took admission' (capitalization and phrasing), and 'I decide to continue' (incorrect tense). Additionally, there are punctuation issues, such as missing commas and incorrect sentence fragments. These errors are noticeable and require the reader to re-read occasionally, though they do not completely impede communication. Increasing your control over verb tenses and sentence construction will help improve your score.
