Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this an email regarding my evening course that i have taken couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I will be not able to continue this course at this moment due to promotion at my workplace.

I am working with local government on construction of bridge project. I was working as a part time intern but I got an offer to work as a full time Project Co- Ordinator. Honestly, It is a great opportunity and i am not willing to lose it. It is not permanent job and my job contract will ends in 4 months.

Hence, I would like to move my course from April to September which is starting of next term.

Besides that, I will be grateful if you could provide me any guidance on this situation. I am also ready to do online course if it is possible.
