Hello Sir,

I hope you are doing good. The reason I am writing this letter is to inform you that unfortunately my circumstances have changed, and I would like to drop one of the courses this semester.

Last week I took enrollment in four courses, just because I would like to finish my program earlier. However, now I have this impression that if I would continue all courses together, it will affect my grades.

I would not like to compromise my grades just because I would like to finish my degree earlier. I would like to drop Business 101 this semester, and hopefully I will retake this course in upcoming term.

I understand it is a last-minute request, and it might affect my program timeline and financial aid still I would like to prioritize my grades over timeline.

I would appreciate it if you can guide me through the whole process, or suggest me the best option related to this scenario.
