Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you doing well. My purpose of writing this letter is to inform you that i shall not be able to continue with marketing course which i applied for earlier this term. I applied for a job this summer and fortunately i got an offer letter.

I am supposed to join as soon as possible since they need someone to take care of the accounts because their old employee left the job without a notice period.Moreover, the office hours are 10 am to 6 pm everyday and it clashes with my course hours. However, i am determined to take it next term with utmost dedication. In the mean time when i will have my day offs from work i will make sure i read articles related to the course so that i stay updated and gain extra knowledge which will assist me in other term.

I hope you will understand my situation and it would be helpful if you could guide me by sharing the details of the best books i can study on my own for this course. I shall be waiting to hear back from you.
