Student answer (Band 7.5)

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that, unfortunately, I am unable to continue with the evening course I recently enrolled in due to an unexpectedly demanding work schedule. I would like to request permission to defer my studies until the next trem.

When I registered for the course, I was confident that I could attend the evening classes regularly. However, my working hours have recently been extended, and I have also been given additional responsibilities at work. As a result, I have found it increasingly difficult to attend classes and complete the required assignments on time. I concerned that continuing under these cirucumstance would affect both my progress and my ability to participate fully in the course.

I am very keen to continue my studies, as I believe that the course is highly relevant to both my personal and professional development. If possible, I would like to transfer my enrolment to the next available term rather than withdraw completely.

Could you please advise me on the procedure for deferring my enrolment? I would also aprreciate it if you could let me know whether there are any administratives fees, deadlines, or forms that I need to complete. If there are alternative arrangements, such as attending a weekned or online class, I would be grateful if you could inform me about them.
