Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to offer my sincere apologies as I want to inform you that I am unable to continue my French course.
I was delighted that I would be learning a new language, and due to my work schedule I opted for evening classes. However, I have to work on an international project in order to acquire promotion and opportunity to work in other country. This project will take at least 3 weeks to be completed since it includes on site work as well. It is this busy schedule that has hampered my all the planning of my French classes. Had I known about this situatuon, I would not have enrolled myself for the course this early.
Nevertheless, I have decided that I will indulge myself in some online tutorial to learn some basic words of French, so that I would be able to speak some words and would interact with people in French. I have got suggestions from one of my friends about an inline website that provides both felxible and recorded sessions. Therefore, I will not have to attend the class at a fixed time.
Apart from this, I would appreciate it of you could help me by providing any guidance regarding this situation. I wpuld be highly grateful to you.
