Dear Sir,

I am writing to explain my current situation regarding the evening course that I recently enrolled in. Unfortunately, I have become very busy with my other works and I am unable to continue attending the course at present.

Firstly, when I enrolled, I expected to have enough free time to attend the classws regularly. However, my work schedule has recently changed and i my work was increased due to season and I have personal problems also. As a result, it has become difficult for me to attend the evening classes and to complete it.

Secondly, I am interested in completing the course, so i would like to postpone my studies until the next term rather than withdraw completely. I hope that I can transfer my enrolment to next available course to continue it again.

Lastly, could you please advise me about the prosedure for postponing my studies? So can you tell me that I need to submit any forms or pay an additional fees for transfering my enrolment.
