You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.

Dear Sir,

With great concern, I want to state that it would not be possible for me to continue the evening course so, I want to take it next term instead.

Actually, I have been shifted to another department by the administration of my recent job.The working hours are not flexile there and now I have to remain in the office throughout evening. It would be difficult for me to go for second-time classes in this condition.

This course is basically related with lifestyle modifications and I need certificate of it as credit hours will be added in my internal assessment. I hope, I will join he next seesion to filfull the university requirements. Moreover, I have sufficient time to complete the degree even after transfer to my respective field.

I would like you to suggest me properly to handle this situation. I believe an appropriate suggestion would help me not only to continue the job but also to continue the session in the term ahead. I look forward to hearing you at your earliest convenience.
