Dear Ms. Heather,

I am writing this to request my deferral from my Web Design evening course until next semester.

Although, I was about to start this course, but recently my professional workload has increased considerably. My company has assigned me few tasks which requires complete focus in order to accomplish it. As a result, I am unable to focus and attend the classes or complete the assignments according to the criteria.

I would therefore like to postpone my studies until my schedule gets far more manageable.

Could you please assist me in the process of the deferment? In particular, can you please clarify if my tuition fees will be transferred to the subsequent semester? Also, it would be great if you let me know about any official forms that are required to be completed or any strict deadlines that need to be met.
