Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request a minor change to my recent course enrollment. I have been been enrolled in Chronic Dementia Management Course.

Recently, I have received an email regarding the course schedule and I am disappointed with the evening sessions. I am currently working as full-time employee and majority of my shifts are assigned in evenings. It will be difficult for me to manage both classes and work.

I would like to register for the same course but in the next term. Meantime, I could gain more valuable experience and will be able to perform outstanding in the upcoming session.

I would like to request your formal assistance to perform any documentations related to cancellation. I will provide all the neccessary evidences if requested. I am delighted to join the session next semester with your organization.

I hope you understand my concern and approve my request.
