Dear Sir,

I am writing to request for my course to be deferred to next term.

My name is Gina a 3rd year student at your institution. I signed up to take evening classes for statistics and history to increase my hours however, I have been unable to attend any of the classes. This is due to a new shift I took up at work to enable me pay for my tuition. My new work hours falls on the same time as most of my evening classes.

I would like to propose that I carry over both courses to the next term as part of I would have been done with the shift then.

Nevertheless, I am open to suggestions on how to go about this and I would appreciate it if you can guide me through.
